Michigan Field & Stream, Working Mother Magazines Settlement
A $2.15 million class action settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled Friske v. Bonnier Corporation.

The case is under review in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Who should file a claim?
Class Members include Michigan residents who subscribed to any of the following publications between July 28, 2010, and June 25, 2019: Boating – Cruising World – Field & Stream – Flying – Marlin – Outdoor Life – Popular Science – Sailing World – Saltwater Sportsman – Saveur – Scuba Diving – Sport Diver – Sport Fishing – Wakeboarding – Waterski – Working Mother – Yachting.
Please DO NOT file a claim unless you qualify.
If you are unhappy with the BonnierMagazineSubscriptionClassAction proposed settlement you can attend the settlement fairness hearing.
The hearing will take place at Room 767 of the Theodore Levin United States Courthouse, 231 West Lafayette Blvd., Detroit, Michigan 48226.
Please notify the court you would like to speak and show up at 1:00 PM on September 23, 2019.
